What are WEB Leaders?The job of the WEB leader is to serve as a role model and guide fellow students towards success. Generally, WEB leaders work as student ambassadors of the school and assist with school wide events such as incoming 6th grade day, back to school night, and 6th grade shadow day. A WEB leader's job is to help lead activities, engage prospective and current students, and provide parents and students with information about the school, while simultaneously growing as a leader and mentor.

Who Are WEB Leaders? |
WEB leaders are students who have shown leadership and Kinard character on a constant basis. These students demonstrate integrity, honesty, a positive attitude, respect, and excellence throughout all aspects of their lives. WEB leaders tend to be students who gravitate towards helping others and are eager to teach people about Kinard.

How to Become a WEB leader. |
WEB leaders begin their roles during the Spring semester of 7th grade. During that time, students can pick up an application in the Student Services Center . The applicants are then cross checked with their past and current teachers to see if they consistently demonstrate some of the skills listed above. Not all applicants will necessarily become WEB leaders, however each applicant will be seriously considered. WEB leader applications will be attached to this page come Spring semester.
